Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@1917straps.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1917 Straps Ltd, 22 Vernon Road, Poynton, SK12  1LP, United Kingdom.

If your return is accepted, we will provide further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In the unlikely case the item is defective or damaged, we will provide you with a return shipping label at our own cost, otherwise it is the responsibility of the customer to return the item to us in a satisfactory manner.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

If you've ordered the wrong size, we're happy to help with an exchange. Here's how it works:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request an exchange
  2. Place a new order for the correct size
  3. Return the original item to us at your own expense (we'll provide return instructions)
  4. Receive your refund - once we receive the returned item, we'll issue a full refund for your original order

Important: We appreciate it can be tricky to fit a strap when it's an incorrect size and bending may occur, but it's important straps be returned in their original condition - unworn and undamaged. We can only process exchanges and refunds for items in resaleable condition.

This process ensures you receive the correct size quickly whilst we handle the refund for your original purchase.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
